1. The base surface is roughened

◆Clean the base surface and wait for it to dry before performing the interface treatment (water, cement capacity ratio is 1:2).

2. Mixing ratio of cement mortar: 50 kg of cement and 125 kg of medium sand plus appropriate amount of water. For screed mortar, 1~3cm.

◆ According to the matching cement mortar, complete the screed of 1~3cm thick cement mortar in 1~2 times.

◆ After the flat layer is dried (7 days), waterproofing slurry is used for waterproof treatment.

3. After the waterproof slurry is dried, use tile adhesive for interface treatment and paste the tile.

◆ Mixing ratio (tile mix ratio: 25 kg plus 5~5.5 kg water.)

◆ Pour the water into the container, then slowly pour the powder into the water (pour the powder into the water and stir the effect better), stir well with a power agitator to form no agglomerate, even paste, if the slurry is static It is better to stir for 1~2 minutes after 2~3 minutes.

◆ According to the matching slurry, the paste interface layer of 3 mm thick is finished in 2 passes, and it can be dried in 24 hours.

◆ Smear on the back of the tile to make it evenly distributed, then press the tile onto it. Clean the finish with a slightly damp sponge or cloth before completely drying. After 24 hours of paving, you can step in or fill in the seams. Generally, it is at least 4.5~6kg per square meter, and the thickness is about 2~3mm.

4. Filling with caulk.

◆Sealant mixing ratio Powder: water = 25kg: (4.3~4.6) kg

◆ Pour 80~90% of the water required by the mixing ratio into the barrel, then add the powder and stir with a power agitator; gradually add the remaining water, stir until no particles, even paste. After standing for 2~5 minutes, stir it for 1~3 minutes.

◆ Under the same construction conditions, the amount of water added per pack of sealant should be consistent to ensure consistent color tone. The stirred sealant should be used up within 1 hour.

◆ Using a rubber caulking knife, press the mixed caulking agent glue into the seam along the corner of the brick to fill the gap, and then remove the excess glue on the surface.

◆ Let it dry naturally. After the sealant has a certain hardness, use a rubber spatula or a slightly moist sponge to compress and trim the joint filler. Then clean the tile surface with a slightly damp clean sponge or rag. The time for caulking and trimming the seam is generally 30 to 90 minutes. The lower the temperature, the longer the interval required.

◆ When the grout is completely dry, the stains remaining on the tile surface may not be completely cleaned with water or a special tile cleaner, or the entire wall may be cleaned from top to bottom with water. Do not spray the wet sealant before the sealant is completely dried, so as not to affect the color tone of the sealant.

◆ After the sealant is completely dried and sprinkled for 1~2 days, the early strength of the product can be further improved. The filling amount of the pool brick is 1.093/square
